"Prize: Master Imobiliário 1995"

On August 1995, Roque & Seabra won, along with its ad agency ARCHOTE, the Master Imobiliário 1995 prize (in the category "Marketing"), due to the two events "2000 apartamentos a preço de banana" and "Galinha Morta + de 1000 apartamentos".

The prize was offered by FIABCI - Federação Internacional das Profissões Imobiliárias, and SECOVI - Sindicato das Empresas de Compra, Venda, Locação e Administração de Imóveis Residenciais e Comerciais de São Paulo. This prize is considered the "Academy Awards" equivalent in the real estate business in Brazil.

The prize was based on the "creativity and solutions found to face the deep economic crisis in Brazil during the early Nineties".

The sales events, created by Roque & Seabra, opened an escape route to the real estate entrepreneurs during a very delicate period in the Brazilian economy, and also offered customers the realization of a dream that, by then, seemed unreachable for a very long time.

The events were a revolution. After that, several similar trade shows popped all over Brazil, and a new (and extremely efficient) sales channel was born. A well deserved prize!
